Data acquisition unit

The portable data acquisition system is composed of a 2U portable waterproof case and a laptop computer. It can complete downhole instrumentation.

It can supply DC power to the downhole instrument, communicate with the downhole instrument and perform data acquisition, depth and tension acquisition. It is truly portable as it communicates with the laptop through the USB interface to complete the logging operation. The small size of the unit has many functions: it can support many cable buses and many types of instruments; it has excellent cable equalization compensation circuit and algorithm, which makes the ability of mating cables strong; the indication function is clear and perfect, and the operation is easier; the full range of working power supply makes the application quite convenient.

Pulse-type signals – positive, negative and both positive and negative at the same time.
The DDL-III’s 5.7129 Kbps zeroed Manchester code.
20.833 Kbps half-duplex non-zeroing Manchester code compatible.
WSCBUS bus. 300bps command, 50Kbps to 100Kbps AMI code. Communication rates above 50Kbps require high cable
transmission characteristics. Not all cables can transmit properly.

Supported Instruments:

DDL-III format transmission, pulse transmission production logging instrument.
WSCbus transmission for production logging instruments, dobby instruments, etc.
The type of instrumentation supported is largely determined by the logging software.

Tension signal:

Tension meter with analog signal output, range 0.25 V to 5 V.
Provides ±15 V power supply.
